We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual with previous experience in architectural space planning related to landlord and tenant design services. The capability of managing multiple project accounts as well as overseeing and producing construction documents for projects ranging in size and level of detail is crucial. Must be able to maintain project files, post changes to drawings and specifications, manage and track correspondence between the client, contractor, engineer, and any related trades. This individual should be motivated, focused, friendly and able to effectively collaborate and lead a project team. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required for this position.

Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual who is interested in managing and working on all phases of a project and is able to oversee and maintain project files, post changes to drawings and specifications, manage and track correspondence between the client, contractor, engineer, and any related trades. This member must be motivated, focused, friendly and able to effectively collaborate within a project team. Design sensibility, teamwork, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe suite are required for this position. It is expected that the individual has experience applying these tools to carry out all phases of project delivery and management.
This individual must be able to contribute to the detailed preparation of design and construction documents, incorporating 2D data, materials, drawings, and documents into AutoCAD and/or Revit. They must also be able to perform and complete work on defined segments of a project, after initial and periodic interaction with Senior Designers/ Project Architects and organize their own work efforts within that framework.
