We are seeking an individual who is interested in managing and working on all phases of a project and is able to oversee and maintain project files, post changes to drawings and specifications, manage and track correspondence between the client, contractor, engineer, and any related trades. This member must be motivated, focused, friendly and able to effectively collaborate within a project team. Design sensibility, teamwork, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe suite are required for this position. It is expected that the individual has experience applying these tools to carry out all phases of project delivery and management.
This individual must be able to contribute to the detailed preparation of design and construction documents, incorporating 2D data, materials, drawings, and documents into AutoCAD and/or Revit. They must also be able to perform and complete work on defined segments of a project, after initial and periodic interaction with Senior Designers/ Project Architects and organize their own work efforts within that framework.

Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks and related team member’s tasks against deadlines
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Degree in Architecture and/or Interior Design
- 3-8 years of related architectural experience (with exposure to most design phases of a project)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, Revit experience a plus.
- Ability to take direction and collaborate with a team
- Strong technical and graphic communication skills
- Able to communicate effectively with clients and consultants
- Aptitude to learn and grasp new concepts quickly with a willingness to accept new challenges
- Multi-tasking ability accompanied by sound judgment
- Willingness to travel as required for project purposes
Working with us, you will:
- Manage, create, and develop planning and design concepts, and support senior staff on large projects.
- Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, renderings specifications, and design assignments under general supervision to meet project requirements.
- Relate building design concepts to building codes, zoning ordinances, and other external governing codes in effect.
- Consult with manufacturers; research and propose materials and products.
- Prepare and create presentation drawings and/or graphics and otherwise assist in presentations both internally and externally.
- Assist in construction administration including responding to RFI's, preparing sketches and addendums (CCD's), visit construction sites to gather information, and/or prepare punch lists.
