This 250,000 square foot office building was developed in 1986 and has changed ownership several times in the recent past. The interior was unappealing to the large corporate clientele that its new owner was targeting. A warm, innovative and sophisticated design direction was established to maximize its attractiveness to a multitude of large corporate prospective tenants. The details and color palette are refined using multiple textures in the chiseled stone tile, blue glass water features and warm wood accents. This transformation into a corporate atmosphere throughout the public spaces provided the owner and leasing brokers an attractive space to market. In the end, the entire building was leased and then sold to the tenant resulting in a “home run” for ownership.
